Accelerate Coaching was born out of my own journey to create meaningful change when standard practices and support systems fell short. For years, I searched for a way to break through cycles of feeling stuck—whether it was battling personal struggles, navigating career uncertainty, or building stronger relationships.
Through studying Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)—developed in the 1980s by psychologist Steven C. Hayes—I discovered a practical, evidence-based approach that combines mindfulness and behavior-change strategies to help people live richer, more meaningful lives. I began applying these principles, both in my own life and with the people around me, and the results were undeniable: more clarity, deeper resilience, and real momentum.
